I want a solid system. I am think that I want two 12's in the back and some nice speakers inside. I have a 2000 ex coupe. I know nothing about car audio. How much am I going to have to spend and what am I going to need besides the two 12's and the speakers. Also how much is instalition. What type of amps should/do I need. I am a total nooba nd basically need a noob guide or a link to one.

well for your 12's, fosgate an infinity are the best ive seen, an kicker too. but thats all up to u. your spending reange will also vary with the brand name u get and where u buy it. ya see, i work at a retail store for the military and more importantly, i work in electronics, which includes car audio. so i sold myself a nice set of 200w 6 1/2" speakers for like $15 an they was originally $79. so dont expect to get a deal like that unless u got tha hook up. if u wanna save urself some money, go 2 a pawn shop. thats where i got my subs from. and i saved about $150 on my subs an box alone. after that, start hittin the stores an check out wits cheap for u. i got lucky wit mine. all together my system cost meeh bout $250, and thats a new deck, 2 sets of 6 1/2", amp, two 12" subs, and a sealed and ported dual sub box. not bad huh??? :P

I am trying to sell my old sub set-up. I am selling two 12" infinity 1230 watt subs. Ask around, Im sure everyone will agree they are one of the top in getting more bang for your buck. I'll sell you both subs for $100.00 plus $25.00 shipping. OR both subs and a dual 12 ported wood/plexiglassed box for $130.00 plus $30.00 shipping.

PM me and let me know. ASK or LOOK around, these Infinity Reference 1230 watt subs are great! And mine ar in perfect condition.
