Default oem replacement or aftermarket antenna

Ever since i got my car earlier this year, it has gotten horrible radio reception. The only decent station around here doesnt even start to come in until half way to town and even then its horrible quality Ive never had any issues pick up this station clearly in any other vehicle. I dont know if this has any thing to do with it, but the antenna does have about a 10-20 degree bend it in. So hesrs my question, should i pick ip an oem replacment antenna, or go with somthing like this:
