I visited the site today, in hopes to ask a question or two about 1 single HID kit for my bike, and noticed a little red sentence in the lower of their HID lighting Q&A section saying that they don't sell HID kits.

What happened to their Flowlighting systems?

I wanted to buy from them, they are solid. Now I am not sure where to buy.

 

I need a single ballast and 8000k bulb that will fit up to a factory H7 setup.

I found where they are linked with that other company, but they don't even show an H7 hookup. Dammit.

 

H7 you say? jsut get an OEM ballast and an OEM D2s Bulb they baically plug right in a H7, you need a small adapter but H7's take to oem HID's like a fish to water

 

My H7 bulb has a little black adapter that plugs into it, which then plugs into the harness. I was hoping they just made an H7 add on kit that was essentially plug and play.

I don't think I understand what the D2 is.

 

D2s is a facroty HID bulb, it's what is in most of your standard HID projector setups.

 

wow just noticed that since ya said.... that sucks... i dont even see the BIxenon kits no more
that sucks.... o well....

 

I sent him an e-mail, rather irritated as i typed it.

I hope he sheds some light on it.

Maybe they will hook me up with the old stuff :-)

CLICKME, the reason oz stopped selling hid's is because they are doing community works programs and being involved with AAA they chose (I have a feeling the AAA told them hid pnp was illegal and if oz wanted to keep doing works with AAA they'd need to stop selling hid pnp) to stop selling kits.

Me personally I use super_digi off ebay, great prices, zero problems and always fast and helpful.

 

So you've bought a HID kit from that guy off ebay, and not had any problems?

He has an H7 for bikes, only wants like 60 some bucks for it shipped, and he guarentees it for a year. That might be a plan.

Even if it doesn't work that long I can always swap it right back out for stock.

Thats exactly what I am looking for pretty much. Anyone else know of a vendor other then HID plannet or those other actual retrofit places.
