This same question was posted a few days ago. You should do a search and you'll find the answer.

You need the code from the card supplied by Honda. It usually comes with the car's manual. If you don't have that card, youcan go to a Honda dealer, show them your ownership as proof, then they contact Honda and get you the code.

 

your owner's manual has a sticker in it with the radio code, and if you bought the car used, chances are the previous owner stuck the stick somewhere in your car...look in several places where it could be hidden, such as the glove box, center console, under your sterring wheel....i found mine in the top of the little storage compartment below where your 12V cigarette outlet is....
