The current that each lamp set uses should be on the package or the label. If the manufacturer spec'd them in mA (milliamps), divide that number by 1000 to get amps. Total up the rated amps of all the lights on the circuit and then use a fuse about double that size. For example 4 units at 800 mA each = 4 x 0.800 A = 3.2 A, use a 7.5 amp fuse.

The key thing is that all the wiring needs to be large enough to handle the fuse current, that way if there's an overload the fuse will blow instead of the wires burning.

the cathodes also have a transormer that comes with them, so you need to find the right amperage for the transformer. The wires between the cathodes and the transformer are different.
