Default Scratches on Kenwood In-Dash car DVD player

A friend of mine own a Honda Civic. He got some scratches on his Kenwood In-Dash car DVD player and these scratches are easily noticeable when the sun hitting the interior. Wondering some easy and effective ways to remove these scratches without any damage. Well, we gonna hit Autobarn store this weekend to check out some good stuff.

Any ideas and recommendations are welcome.

actually keep looking around. They used to have this thing called Displex for old style screens on cell phones and whatnot, they make some stuff to smooth out LCDs that are scuffed. Do your research, because I've never bought any for LCDs.
