dont go to sony for subs..alot of bad reviews on them, but you can try them and give us a review, alot of people have them

is there any local car audio shops near you?, if yes..then go and see what they can hook you up with under a certain price

From the magic Adam ball: "All indications point to no."

Check out piecing together a system from online stores... One DVC Infinity Perfect 12" and a 300W JBL amp in a simple sealed box will probably sound better than that and be about the same price.

I'd say shop around, I tend to either check savinglots.com or sonicelectronix.com (there are several others but I've ordered from these both and I've not had an issue yet).

I checked on sonic and found two set ups (box, amp n sub{s}); the first is a Bazooka Package and the other is a Kicker Package. These both fall short of your 350 limit as well as they are (beyond a wiring kit needed for the bazooka one) complete units.

Or you could go with a Bass tube (I'd suggest the NOS bottle ) or like the Infinity Basslink, Infinity BasslinkII or Infinity Basslink T.

Either way I'd stay away from BestBuy or Circuit City since thier prices will be lots higher, even online.

What you're really going to want to do is order stuff from sounddomain.com (authorized dealer!) but price match using epinions.com to find the lowest price. Should net you some VERY good savings.
