Default speakers

my bro got a 97 accord (i kno i kno its not a civic but the question aint related to the car ) he wants to do a lil project and put 2 speakers on his trunk (the actual trunk lid) so he wants to kno wat type of speakers u guys recomend.. to expand on wat he wants he want speakers that dont have much bass (like speakers for the inside of the car) he wants them to have 400 watts and he wants something that would look nice without a cover on it if u get wat i mean.

Well it depends on how much he is looking to spend on speakers. If he wants high quality good sounding speaking I would recommend Rockfords, but that's just my opinion because I use Rockford for my speakers, subs, and Amp ;P

I would recomend something like these JBL power series as I have had nothing but great experiences with them and they are in the right level that you need.

The actual trunk lid??? why For parties or what??? and you'd need an aftermarket amp and some sweet fabrication skills.

Also, when you say 400w, I automatically assume you mean 400w RMS. I don't think you mean that though.......and NEVER look at peak ratings.

What size speakers does he want?

Not to be mean, but do you realize how many ways this could go wrong? I can't think of one good reason to do this

The spelling of the OP makes me sad. I sure hope it is trying to be hip, and not the education system :S

I can understand using some slang type, but most of it just makes a person sound stupid*
