steering wheel controls

Newbie here with hopefully a stupid question. If I replace the original radio with aftermarket will it still allow the use of the in steering wheel controls?

I use to have a Pontiac Grand Am GT, w/controls on the steering & i lost control of it when installing an aftermarket radio, so i'm pretty sure you will end up loosing it as well on your Honda.
