i have been looking for a couple weeks for some decent hitting subs (preferably two 12s).
i just cant seem to find a good package that sounds good and is within my small but flexible budget.
some options:
-Bazooka (heard good and bad things) keep in mind i dont want to blow doors off or anything
-Insignia (heard nothing but good)
-MTX. i dont know about this package as far as how good it is but this is what i was looking at MTX Package
-Rockford Fosgate. again not too sure but the link is Here
Please let me know what the best option would be. Im so lost.

 

i wouldn't order very large items over the internet like subs/boxes and amps. and just go to a local audio shop, a representative will help you with what sound you want with your budget. of those brands: higher end mtx's and rockford

 

i have heard that curcuit city is about to go down the drain and they have a good deal on two 12" MTX Jackhammers in a box for $300. good deal or no?

tons of great ratings and reviews, plus i can personally pick them up from the store.

 

well against some people's better judgement i got the MTX Magnums. it cost me $184 for amp, subs, box, and wiring kit. i only had an hour and a half before i had to go to work so i just hooked it up enough to hear it (stereo pulled out and power wire going out my window the battery. it sounded quite amazing and for now im very happy with my purchase. tomorrow i will have it all hooked up and if pictures are requested i will certainly do that. but it will just look like a box in a civic... nothing you guys havent seen on here im sure.

 

Since I'm on my Blackberry I don't have time to look at all those links, but I remember going to Circuit City and seeing the Jack Hammers. I wish I would have bought some. Two 12"s were hitting VERY hard in the store.
