Use the sparetire well to hide the box, and have the baffle the shape of yer trunk floor, not only can you put a stroller in the trunk, you'll turn alotta heads! Fyi that is a Cliff Designs 12" sub with a 4" port 12" long, a Pyle Redline 1400w amp.

Hey I disagree with you on the trunk sub kit... I did the DIY and the sub fires up and shakes the trunk WAAAAY less than before! When it was vertical it ATTACKED the trunk latch, making the sound... with it aiming up there is VERY little rattle and it hits just as hard, just not in the same part of the body as before... Mine is an 04 sedan and my sub is alot bigger than remmy's in his DIY so it raises the trunk up a little more BUT it gives me even more space to work with...

The install was overall VERY easy and I am super glad I did it! I am going to drill a screw around the outside and weld some metal pieces on the top so things can go over it and not hurt the cone... or just buy a grate from the sound shop and screw it above it.

Ask me any questions and I can send you the whole picture set... I did a little DIY on APPEARANCE but I have about 20 more pics of EVERYSTEP i took.

I cant see where it is at in your trunk... can you post another one from a little farther away? Looks really good, though.

I think addiction2bass's trunk is the best... better than mine, as well... although he has really no trunk left! If I wasnt planning on using my civic as the grocery getter I would totally do that, but we'll need lots of trunk space once we have a baby.

hey i still got pleanty of grocery room

i hauled a bunch of stuff back thier last week
about 60bucks worth of junk food.LMFAO

and even if you buy ALOT of groceries.................. thiers always the back seat

but if i was you id complete the false floor and put the amp under the false floor attached to your sub box..

here is what id do for yours.....
take some 1/2inch oR 3/4inch thick and cut a piece thats for the full floor, lay it ontop of your floor, and cut the sub opening large enough to fit over your sub OR if you want it to be preaty tuff... try this........
use 3/4MDF and with some steel bars or any type of grill material or bar type... and line it up all straight with a bunch of em and cut some slots into the MDF to flush mount them

or even make the false floor hinged so you can hide all kinds of junk under the false floor..... just use some preaty standard hinges and flush mount them into the mdf ontop so you can still fold the floor up and also carpet it all with one piece of carpet for a completly smooth look....
your only bad thing might be the factory side carpet to match for that stock look, that is unless you can find some carpet that matches realy close or something to match closer
