Default Subwoofers broken... Help

I recently installed a new clutch, which requires taking off the neg on your battery. So when i hooked that guy back up and powerd up my system, my subs dont hit anymore. I cant figure out why either, i reset all the settings on my headunit to the way they were before the clutch install and still nothing. Any ideas? I didnt touch any of the interior in the car so im not sure what happend here. Thanks

Oh, also, my old car's subs would go out every once in a while. The fuse connector under the hood was shotty and I had to unplug it and plug it back in sometimes. Try that?
