kicker s12l7 on sale on ebay for 129.99. The shipping is $25. The ones sold by user "hifisoundconnection" are not refurbished. My buddy just bought a pair for his tahoe. They're okay.

MB Quart? Subs? The only MB Quart subs I've seen are like stock replacement. I order them for Jaguars and Aston Martins that have stock subs but shallow enclosures. Anyway... ya Kappa Perfects are pretty sick. I think kickers are louder, but it all depends on what you like. If you want flat out loud, get the W7, or the Cerwin Vega Stroker. They're not as clean, but we put two strokers in a civic hb, and it blew the back window out of the car. It flew across our bay (not like far) but it was all shattered about six feet away from the back of the car. They move a lot of air. For the money, go to ebay and get some kicker s12l7s, they're loud too.

Josh

Aftermarket companies who make speakers stock for cars compared to their own aftermarket lines are a BIG difference.

DCA is right, L5s sound great, I just think that the deals on ebay are so good for l7s, it's hard to pass up. L5's are frickin loud too

yea, the L5's arent that much different. Just a little more max power handling for the L7's BUT you are dumb if you look for max power. For thise of you who just dont know, you want to look for the RMS power. Forget the max power.
