would i be able to hook me vtec light up to a couple of neon lights or would i have problems??

It's a little ricey, but you can do it. I'll see if I can't get you a link for the DIY.

(Personally, I like my idea of puttingLEDs in the guage cluster and wiring them up so the guages light upwhatever color you decide onwhen vtec kicks in, but that's just me)

Edit: https://www.hondacivicforum.com/m_248922/tm.htmthere's the link... you'll basically want to follow it after step 8. Instead of running the wire to an LED, you'll want to run the wire to the positive wire from your neons.

Actually, those are the exact colors I was thinking of doing. I'mordering the LED strips from Oznium soon.
