So i installed my vtec light 4 my d16y8 it was really easy ill make better video soon 5,800 rpm vtec heres da first video

And if I remember correctly, their video looked just about the same

I have a vtec light too. I pretty much just took out my cluster, lightly sandeda blank light spot on the black bezel, took a blue CD case, glues the word "vtec" to it, then glued that to the black bezel. Then wired up an LED there, and viola. Done. Looks like it came from the factory with it.
