I just bought a psp, and alot of people are talking about puttin them in there cars, i gotta 97 ex and I never play my psp so im going to try to mount it in my car so i can play movies and stuff. I do want to mount it in some sort of way that i can take it right out when i get out so noone steals it.

 

Not really sure why but alot of people want these things mounted in their cars.


Thats really quite the opposite of what they were intended for.

 

bc it plays games and dvds. i put mine on top of my cup holder, and i made a little thing to hold it so i can take it out when i get out.its mounted under the dash and i put dvds in it and let em play.

 

So you dont really mount it. You just need something to hold it. Cause the DVDs load from the back correct?


I think Best Buy has a special for 2 headrest screens and a DVD player right nor for like 300 bucks. Isnt that in the price range of a PSP?

 

Yea, i just needed a place to hold it still while im driving,so i can take it out when i get out to play my games/dvds wherever i go.

why not try a phone holder? you know the ones that have a sucktion cup thing that sticks on your windscreen and the other end theres the claws to hold your "phone" but twist it the other way and im sure you can stick a PSP! i've seen it done before, people saying that the PSP will have sat navigation in it soon. and knowings its a holder for a phone it is very easy to take off! try it out!

just stick it on the floor in the back and run all your wires..or you can mount it under your dash under the passenger side, just make brackits to hold it up..this way its hidden and you only see the front

 

they make nice dash mounts but i've never seen for sale in the states. Saw em when i lived in Korea, japanesse product. They exist but it would probally be hard to find here in the states. check game import companies or ebay.
