hi, i am new at this, and would appreciate any help and advice

i am thinking of gettin my alloy wheels done in glossyblack with a chrome lip around the rim like the golf in the pic below

i was wondering if anyone could help me with this.

not sure if you wanted your rims black and silver or new rims...I hooked you up with a brake kit too
