How much has it cost you so far?

 

I totally forgot that if was/is a 96! Is the front conversion that straight forward?

 

ya the 96-98 swap to 99-00 is very straight forwards! fenders/hood/bumper/headlights. bolts right up

so far i have just under 1500bucks into the car not counting the subwoofer and amplifier i got in the trunk. ive got like 5-600bucks into the bass setup so far.
so still under 2K bucks so its all good so far!
only thing else i need is paint of course, new passenger axle eventualy, and preferably a new oil pan since mine is bent in alittle already.

 

hehe has kinda of a green tint...but its...kinda gunmetalish...not really, lol, i tried

I gave it my best shot i think its pretty close to gunmetal but im colorblind so lol its a shot in the dark =[

 

ya i hope the car will look sweet with a gunmetal paint job.... but i do have the car available for sale as a shell... i got it listed for 1200bucks minus all the whole drivetrain, that way i can keep the motor tranny to swap into my 99. but ive told afew people interested in it that as soon as i start the body work on the car next month then im definatly gonna be keeping the car!
so i still expect to be keeping this dx and swaping all my toys from my 99 into it and posibly selling the 99ex as stock as posible...... and then start looking for a hatchback like i originaly wanted!
