chopping a car and changing the color is hard enough. making it shiny. **** you might be better off drawing the car, because if you're driving a whitecar that doesnt shine the same way as a black car would, to photoshop that you actually have to make shine on the car, and it takes some serious proffessional skills to make it look real.
