Heres it is before:

EDIT: better rims angle

I want to learn how to do window tints as well, can someone teach me, i am using Photoshop CS. Thanks

EDIT: just figured out the tints... here it is

I guess i can take request as well if someone wants me to chop up some wheels or lower their car for them. Thats if you don't mind my work

biggest suggestion to enhance the quality i can give you is.. instead of using rims like you have there.. (i imagine you just searched them on google) Find a car with the rims you want that is at the same angle as your car, and select them and paste them into your wheel wells, usually takes some trimming, skewing and distorting, then remember to add the appropriet shadowing and voila!

and yeah higher res images are always way better to work with unless you plan on doing a full rendering.

thanks for the suggestion, steve, yea the wheels were found on google, i will try working on some wheels from another car and see how they come out. I will be working on some chops on my car, i have lots of high res pics for my car.

i hope to one day be able to do full customizations like you did on that VW, long way to go and lots to learn.

BTW... how do i do window tint chops?

EDIT: Just did one with better rims, edited first post with pic

not bad looks a lot better, i'd suggest not using the same rim front and back it really brings the look down..

with tint you have to start thinkin about reflections alot, the darker the tint, the less you'll be able to see threw, there for the more reflections you'd get.. at some angles with limo tint you can't see anything in the car at all!

i'd start with gettin to know your light sources, think of how the sun or light source will hit the glass and what you'll be able to see from it.

thanks for the pointers, i'll change out the rims in the back.

how do i add reflections to the windows? and is there a way to limo tint the windows on the passenger side? without effecting the windshield?

I might work on another car, since the quality on this pic isn't too good.

BTW... I just joined your forum, waiting for approval
