Make my ride look sweet
Dude i think i figured it out. i was using the wrong kinda things to do it. check this shiit out and it took me about 2 minutes. how did i do. (keep in mind this is my 3rd time ever opening up MS Paint)
I know Bryan well enough to tell you that he said it in a joking manner... he is in digital design and knows that you gotta start somewhere.
you're getting better at this though, much better.
i really suggest using gimp though... adding wheels is very simple on it. you just use the circular select tool, the resize tool, and the perspective tool (only necessary at an angle). Take a couple mines and the results are awesome.

No, they're not the same. That's the way paint does on jpegs, if you want to alter images and chop them in ms paint, you can expect a drop in quality. If you want better quality and ease of use, I would try photoshop or some other online equivilent.
