I Cut out the Windows and grills and try to change the color of the car then when i go to paste the windows and grilles back on they are in different positions and don't fit correct. Does anyone know how to do this? thanks

Use teh arrow tool in the top right of your left hand side bar

 

Hey man thanks... one question. How do i getthe carto turn to black? Is there something besides the HUE/Saturation Tool that will do it? thanks

 

In the same sub menu as "Hue/Saturation", hit "Desaturate." Then use the "Brightness/Contrast" feature to change the brightness or contrast.

If you're cutting out grills and windows, everything is much easier if you learn to use layers.
