Default Painting plastic trim around car?

Hey guys, I just finally got all the paper work switched over so my 88 CRX si is officially mine, so now I am allowed to do as I please to it. The plastic trim on the bottom of the bumper and the trim on the doors is real chalky looking. I was thinking of spray painting all the trim. Clean, scuff, paint. What paint would you guys use(BLACK ONLY) for this job. Also, I saw at walmart this stuff that supposedly capable of restoring this trim to jet black again. I am detailing this car all over. Painting lots of things that have peeled, like windshield wiper arms and top of the door frame, only black stuff nothing big or noticeable for the most part. Thanks in advance!

Go to Lowes, they have a paint made for plastic. It bonds to it without scuffing or priming, just make sure it's clean and dry. Remember to do many thin coats, take your time and it'll look great.
