Default Re-upholstering

How can I get the rear bench in my 04 civic 4dr to have leather or leatherette that looks good and can match the racing seats I want to buy? Is it cheaper to reupholster or to buy all new seats?

+1 mills!! I have done all my stuff in my car..arm rest, door panels and some other stuff! I was gonna do my seats too! Start with the old headrest off your seat and try that first! if you cant get that perfect, I wouldnt try it!
