Default 91 to 92 Civic compatability??

I have a friend that has a 91' Civic with a 92' engine that has internal modifications.

We wanna know if a 91' Civic TPS is same as the 92' TPS. His wiring harness was made to work with the 92' engine. Also, we would like to know if it is recommended / good to use 91' electronics / on the 92' engine set-up. Basically if many of the sensors have the same calibration ranges when testing with a multi-meter for voltage changes.

Any input would be appriciated.

Thanks,

I would imagine that if you can calibrate it to read properly, then it will be fine.
