hey i got a 91 integra and untill reciently everything was good, but now all of the sudden the car wont go over 40 mph. when it idles it runs fine. if anyone can help please reply.

What is it tuned with, is it throwing any codes, is it leaking oil, is there obvious damage to the block/head, is it making any weird noises. Does it drive just fine to 40mph and then hit a wall or does it struggle horribly to get there, etc etc etc.

Be as specific as you can.
