I have been told that my STOCK ECU for my 95 civic can be tuned and that generation (which ended with that model) was the last gen that could be tuned. Im a little uncertain about this....any of you guys know the rundown on my situation...is the stock ecu of a 95 really tunable

 

you car has a P28 ecu in it and is also obd1, there is no companies that provide tunning chips, programs, or anything of that sort for 96+ ecu's
