98 EX ECU swap!!
Hey everyone. So, I'm pretty new to the whole Honda thing...I used to drive a 1989 Mustang GT. It was great until I was almost done with the mods. Got 15mpg on the highway and was driving over 100 miles daily. So, I got the civic (98 EX manual)and of course, I have to start modding. I've got an AEM short ram with a K&N conical, and 60 series Flowmaster with 2.5' pipe running fromthe cats. I've got a Spoon chipped p28 ecu on its way with the conversion harness. Car is in the shop right now getting the timing belt changed (only thing I didn't know how to do for the tune up). I know that its probably not the best thing for the car considering nothing has been done internally, but unfortunately I didn't do my homework and I am financially unable to do anything else for a while. Sorry for the long story...so here's my question:
Where is my ecu located, and what all is included in the swap? (any tricks or tips I need to know)
Thanks everyone.
