Is it true that you can't put a chip in a 98 civic with the 1.6L in it?
I've heard you could and couldn't from different people then on here it seems to be the same way whenI searched around.

OBD2 Ecus are not tunable. You'd have to convert to OBD1 and run an OBD1 ecu

Not unless you're boosted and don't have to deal with emissions
