Default Air Fuel

I recently bought an air fuel guage along with a couple others but i tried wiring it into the signal wire on the o2 sensor by the engine and i had very little success. Im not sure if it is because of the existing wire not pulling a strong enough signal or what. I was wondering where on the ecu could i run the air fuel guage wire to get the guage to work properly. I also know that the guage is supposed to move back and forth so that is not the problem it does that then just stops doing it even when i am driving.

Do you have a wideband o2 sensor? If not, the A/F gauge is just useless blinky lights anyway

There should be a clip by the engine block (lower left corner if you're at the front of the car looking into the engine bay)... find the right wire (if you have a heated o2 sensor) and splice it after that clip.

And narrow-band A/F guages might be useless blinky lights, but they're pretty sweet-looking useless blinky lights lol

^ Reaper, after the harness, meaning between the ECU and the harness or between the harness and the sensor itself? (dont mean to thread jack, but that kind of confusing even to me)

I spliced the wire toward the front of the engine block by the headers and was almost positive that it was the o2 signal wire. Is there a diagram i can look at to verify this??
