Default A'Pexi V-AFC II programming?

I've installed an A'Pexi V-AFC II controller on my car and was wondering if anyone had some info, educated suggestions, or tips on how i should program my air/fuel ratio through my A'Pexi. I don't have any software that allows me to see my fuel MAP and i was wondering if there was another way to approach this.

I can also change my VTEC cam change-over point and was wondering if anyone had some info, educated suggestions, or tips on that as well.

Thanks.

get it tuned on a dyno. we absolutely killed the power of my brothers old 00 si with one of those. it varies too much between engines to just give settings out over the net, and it is possible to blow an engine with one of those if you dont know what youre doing. also, it would set off CELs so much that we installed a button to push instead of jumping the wires to read the codes.

That's what i thought. I guess i'll just do all the basic configuring for now and just wait until i can get to a dyno or get my hands on some software to figure out my MAP before i play around with the air/fuel ratios. Thanks for the input though.
