Which type of Optima battery is availabe for a 99 civic ex or is there a battery that i can use? Need links if you know where I can look.

Now take that number of that battery and go on Ebay. Thats where I got mine, and I believe its the same battery, paid about 110 with shipping.

yellow top red top dosen't matter there is only one size of optima battery and 12 volts is 12 volts no matter what it comes out of

no youre wrong. If they were the same they wouldnt have different models. Why do you think the red tops are cheaper. The Yellow Top Deep Cycle batteries are best because they are made to take a beating. They are a better power source for your system, hands down. They can be completly discharged, and recharged and theyll be in the same shape they were in before. They dont lose the capability to hold a full charge. Spend the extra 25 bones for a yellow top. You wont be sorry.

I was also decideing on changing when i am putting in a 8" sub and amp. Thats why I was thinking about it too.

Next time be quicker on the draw.
