If I buy a chipped p28 that has a cheap ebay chip in it, is there anyway you can put in like a blank chip or something and just have uberdata put onto it?

 

you can send it to websites that will provide you with a new chip/basemap. Phearable.net does it (but i htink their basemaps are iwth Crome, they might be able to do Uberdata too, just email them), and a few others too i imagine.
