Default D15 Injector problem in a Sand Rail

I put a civic D15B non v-tec but I am having problems with getting the injects to get power? I don't know if there is supposed to be power coming out of the ECU or not? so I am at a stand still right now I am running the stock P05 ECU with the engine wiring harness, any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated
Thanks very much!

we swapped a 3.8L pontiac grand prix motor in my buddies rail and had to get a complete custom wire harness made, cost was $800... the wire harness your using (if its from the stock motor) is absolutely junk... ill see if i can get the number from the guy who helped my buddy out.

btw, our rail is street legal and its boosted to 12 lbs, and its running a 50 shot of nitrous to the intercooler... and!! it ways 1200lbs and has 350whp

Default figured out!

I got it all figured out, Thanks I was using the stock wiring harnesses and everything but were we were messing up is the ECU gives ground not power so the yellow/black wires needed power not ground!
