hey can i tune or chip my 96 civic ex 5spd ecu i think it is a 37820-P2P-A31 i think somone plz help me thanks

Stock ecus can be chipped but donot use an ebay chip they will burn something up and then ur screwed. If you want to tune your car go with either a piggy back or Hondata or something of that nature.

The p2p ecu's that come in the 96-00 civics can not be chipped.
P2P cannot be chipped. You will need an OBD2 to OBD1 conversion harness as well as a P28 chipped ECU, along with an EMS such as Crome, Hondata, etc.... and the nessasary hardware to tune.
