ECU for non-VTEC SOHC ZC

ECU for non-VTEC SOHC ZC
I have a '93 DX hatchback with a transplanted SOHC non-VTEC ZC and the stock P06 ecu. Does anyone know where I can get a P76 ecu or have any suggestions on getting the listed 118 hp from a 102 hp ecu? I currently have a header and will be uncorking the exhaust next.
