can anyone help? i just bought an sir ef9 and im wondering? why is it bouncing off thelimiter at only 7000rpm? there's no CEL showing up and it seems to be running smooth all the same?

Like you said "Bouncing off the limiter" You answered yourself. Guess where your limiter is set?

um yeah is this while your driving? If so then SHIFT INTO ANOTHER GEAR.
