Hey, welcome to the forum, Man. Sorry about your troubles. One of my buddies had a trouble code 16 just last night and it turned out to be the connecter on one of his injectors. Apparently it just popped off. Check all of your connections to all of your injectors. No connection- no fuel to that cylinder.

ECU trouble code "16"
Fuel Injector System
defective circuit or unplugged / defective fuel injector

Let us know if they are all secure and you still get the code.

Ok, first, can you please use punctuation? It makes it very difficult to understand what you are trying to say with one big run-on.

Now, I have never had a "16" but since the ecu is telling you that it's a "defective circuit or unplugged / defective fuel injector," I would take it's word for it. That injector may be bad or have a pintle stuck. It could be as simple as a bad connection. After you checked/wiggled/tightened all of your connections did you reset the ecu to see if the code came back?
