The vast majority of members here are still naturally aspirated and therefore untuned, and I doubt most of the turbo guys here know what their exact AFR is at WOT.
For fuel economy and efficiency, you want 14.3:1 assuming you're using gasoline. For power, maybe something closer to 12.0:1, maybe even richer depending on what you're running and how aggressive your timing is.

I'm at 11.7:1 on 11psi at the moment. I'm not done tuning though, I'm aiming to end up with 12:1 You don't want a stoich mixture at WOT, you need extra fuel for cooling and to help reduce the chance of preignition. N/A motors usually run at around 13:1 to 13.5:1 at WOT, turbo motors need more cooling so they require a richer mixture, 12:1 to 12.5 is very common but some motors will benefit from going a little richer than that at about 11.7:1 (lambda 0.8)
Stoich for gasoline is 14.68:1...
