Would this fuel pressure regulator work okay with this AEM fuel rail? I already have the fuel rail installed, and i'm sure i'll catch some **** from you guys for gettin an ebay FPR but would it fit okay?

 

Yeah it just won't fit directly on the rail, you'd prolly have to run a hose to it and mount it to the firewall.

 

u can always get the aem fpr but u would have to get a gauge for the other end of the rail.

 

i sure hope u dont think that getting a bigger fuel rail and adjustable fpr is going to give u more horse if u just up the fuel pressure.....its going to end up wasting gas and ull prob mess up ur idle....dont mess with it

 

i know that Pete, i've never had my car dyno tuned or anything and its running just fine the way it is with the mods i have, i mostly want the FPR for looks and i'll set it at OEM pressure so i'm not running rich. Would it still waste gas?

i already got the Fuel Rail installed....and i'm looking into a SAFC2 anyway...so for the time being, yeah i guess i am wasting my money but it does look good....but to each his own right? Anyway, if the FPR is set at OEM pressure, will i still be wasting gas?
