honda ef newby?? help

Exclamation honda ef newby?? help

ok so im just gettin into the honda game played wit it a little before but anyway i just bought a ef hb 90. the engine was garbage swapped it from a d15b2 to a d15b7 out of a 94 engine is cherry but stock now the guy before me swapped out the semi carb and put injection throttle body.. but it has an si kinda conversion it has the seats,ecu and guage cluster w/no lights on.. but i got this im guessin fuel issue cause the car wont respond very well with the throttle pressed..?? but it does start and sounds fine at idle just when i hit the throttle it kinda sputters?? so i cant drive it but need to?? help??here is the story drove to work on super empty arrived to work put 3 dollars in it of 91 dumb!! reccommended! anyway drove home after work but every time i was in N the car shut off so i had to keep puttin it in gear! to start it so i had to take a few lights.. i arrived home and that was the end of that?? any ideas? i got rid of the old engine it was needed trust me put the 94 civic eng., but got the same issue it had when it died on me that day from work any help would help thanks.. starts but cant drive im sure it will die.. thanks

Please organize your thoughts better and someone may be able to help you. This is very challenging to understand.
