ok im new to the whole upgrading your ecu and puttin chips in and stuff any i deas for a starter like me...thanks

it has a intake,header,ehaust,&coilovers.and its a 93 si 1.5 in a 90 si hb

It's not necessary with those mods to chip the ecu. The beauty of owning an eg though is that it comes with the beloved p28 ecu and is OBD-1. It's basically the best setup for tuning. So, unless you get some more mods in there (either Boost, or some more N/A goodies, etc..) you won't really be able to utilize the chip's potential.
