Default Injector Cleaner

I was a local auto shop today and i saw something i'd never seen before. It was an injector cleaner, a bottle you pour into an almost empty gas tank, fill up your gas tank, and dont fill up again until the whole tank is gone. Its supposed to clean out dirty/clogged injectors. Has anyone heard of this, used it, or know if it really works?

the right way to clean injectors is to remove them and clean them. that way its not sitting in the tank eating away at plastic and rubber parts. it can also free up some shmeg and clog your injectors.

Follow the link above. Gas Tank, Crank Case, and through the IM is the way to do it

Another thing similar to Seafoam is ChemTool which you can get a Wal Mart. It does the samething like sea foam does you can either pour it in the gas tank or the crank case.

In that SeaFoam write it up, she used 1/3 of a bottle. Does it matter how much you use in your crankcase and gas tank?
