Default MSD Ignition Kits

O.k. I picked up a junk 1990 4-door civic for cheap it has a d15be engine in it and has a msd ignition kit on it with the plugs and everything. I was wondering if this would fit my 2000 civic 2-door ex that has a d16y8 engine.

yes...the plugs might me a different thread..but i think they are the same...oh wait...MSD doesnt make plugs...they make plug wires, coils, and other misc. ignition parts.

any whoo....the stock ignition can handle about 400hp...so you really dont need it, but my buddy has the blaster coil setup and wires...and something else...which is why he needed the coil..because hondas are a lil different from other ignition systems....and he said he has noticed it smoothed it out a little..but other than that, it wasnt worth the what he would have paid for it if he hadnt found a good deal.
