Default my ecu
Hi i am new and i just bought my 98 civic and it has a ECU upgrade and it beeps and the guy say i need to put in the code that i get off line but he cant remeber the cite can someone help me??

Hi, welcome to HCF.

What kind of ECU mod does it have? Like a chip or what? Is it hardwired to the ECU or is it something that plugs into it?

Are you getting a Check Engine Light (CEL)? What is the car doing?

my thing inside my car looks like a phone jack and i have this thing that plugs into it and it had 1,2,3,4 on it and that is it.
