Default Neptune vs. Hondata

ok, so i have everything to turbo my civic, but it comes down to tuning. The shop that I am going to go to tunes with both Neptune and Hondata as well as a few others. Which one of those 2 would be the better choice? I know nothing about hondas as I am a DSM person so any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
thanks

Default RE: Neptune vs. Hondata

Personally, I had my car tuned a long time ago with Neptune. The tuner was a complete jackass, and ended up blowing my motor later. I got a hold of Neptune and they gave me the cold shoulder, so as far as support, they absolutley suck. I think it's a decent program though, same with Hondata. I went with Crome, soon Crome Pro. I been tuning my 99EX boosted D16 11psi for a long time now and have no problems with it and it's got almost all the features that you would see in any other EMS. I'm sure tuning with Crome would be cheaper, I don't think that you have to pay a kickback for Crome, so it would just be straight tuning charge. For Crome tuning I usually charge $75hr/minimum 2hrs for a street tune, depending on the setup of the car.

Hope this helps....
