P0116 (86) Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor circuit range/perf. problem

What does this mean? I dont know. I pulled off this morning when I was at morning Physical Trainning.

p0116 is the error code,yes? then somerthing is wrong with that sensor, or something in the circuit.. dirt, corrosion, disconnected, poorly grounded????
