so i got a 93 dx hatchback and it was in a flood and the ecu was shot so i put a spare one i had from a 94 lx 4 door in and the car will not turn over i know the ecus are the same p06s but one is for an auto and one is for a manual will that make a difference

 

no something else is messed up

 

so an auto ecu will work fine on a manual car

 

not really... but the car will at least start.
