Default is this possible?

whats up guys. I got a question that just dont let me sleep hahaha. Some guy from my city has a supercharged 1999 SiR , went to dynoe it an shoot 270 whp, I know the owner of this car and the car ir running oem ecu and oem fuel injectors. I found that to get around 280 hp need a tuned ecu and 400cc or 440cc injectors. now.... waths going on? Could a 1999 SiR have 270 whp using a vortech sc,6 puk act clutch, dc headers, running 9 psi with stock internals? wtf!!!!!! heres a video and dyno sheet. Thanks and see you around!!!!

Don't plan on it lasting long... he needs a proper tune and injectors. He's going to run too lean for too long and the engine will go "boom." It's only a matter of time.

The power is possible without a tune, but reliability isn't.
