im installing rc 550's in my soon to be insanely boosted civic and i have a few questions just to throw out there to get some numbers of what my goals can be

im going to be running the rc's as stated and pump gas... (92 octane)

will i be able to reach 350whp? petes sticky says yes, but i dont know how accurate it is..

has anyone ever maxed out 550cc injectors? or know someone that has? im just getting pumped cuz this install is going down real soon.

550's wouldnt be hard to max out. it all depends on alot of things. every car isnt the same, every setup is different. so its hard to say XXX amount of power you will make, or expect to make

fuel injector calculator...it says like 540 cc would be perfect, at like 80% duty cycle, idk, put in your info and see what happens.

i personally would get a larger injector than a 550, that way you have extra fuel there if you need it and dont have to worry about spending the extra money for larger injectors later. get the bigger ones to start with then pull fuel out of the fuel table as needed.

 

i have 525cc injectors in my car and its supposed to be able to handle about 85 hp per cylinder which is about 340 hpso you should be alright
